According to her sister, Reece Brett began writing “as soon as she could hold a crayon in her hand.” Reece’s original stories were about horses, but even those focused on relationships. The interactions between friends, lovers, and that one great love has always fascinated Reece.

My Writing History

I can’t remember a time I didn’t write. For years I taught creative writing. I wrote with my students. Many of my former students published. I had published poems, stories, articles, but it wasn’t’ enough. I quit my day job to pursue a dream. I write for magazines, and I have published children’s books.
